Liberty Propane acquires Legacy Propane
further expanding its Washington and Arizona presence
OVERLAND PARK, KS -- Liberty Propane announced the acquisition of Legacy Propane headquartered in Battle Ground, WA. Legacy operates three retail branches in the western United States; Vancouver, WA, Tacoma, WA and Phoenix, AZ. The transaction is Liberty's 28th acquisition since the company's formation in July, 2003. Legacy Propane, the 30th largest propane retail marketer in the nation, represents an additional 10,000+ customers to Liberty's expanding presence across its Western Region. All three acquired service centers will retain the Legacy Propane name.
