| Liberty Propane Announces Acquisition in New Mexico
OVERLAND PARK, KS -- Liberty Propane has announced it has acquired the propane assets of Thriftway Fuels, in Farmington and San Ysidro, New Mexico, located in the Four Corners area of the Northwestern part of the state. This newest acquisition represents an additional 3,000 customers to Liberty’s growing Southwest Region.
“We are excited about the addition of Thriftway, and just as excited to welcome the new employees into the Liberty family. This will be a complete blend into our existing Rocky Mountain Propane operation, in Farmington, NM,” said Liberty’s CEO, Kent Misemer.
Since Liberty’s founding in 2003, this will place their customer base well over 90,000 customers at 34 facilities, in 10 states.
