| Liberty Propane Announces Key Addition to Executive Management Staff
OVERLAND PARK, KS -- Liberty Propane has named Steven R. Dykeman as Vice President Business Development. His responsibilities include retail acquisitions along with the formulation of company activities in non-retail ventures.
Mr. Dykeman’s 18+ years of professional experience encompass Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning and Corporate Taxation.
Prior to joining Liberty, Mr. Dykeman served as a Senior Managing Director within the Investment Banking Division of Bear Stearns. In that capacity, he delivered M&A, financing and advisory services to numerous corporate clients. Additionally, Mr. Dykeman has held senior investment banking positions at both UBS and Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Dykeman holds an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, a Master of Science-Accounting & Taxation from the University of Kansas and completed his undergraduate degree at Mount Marty College earning a double major in Accounting & Business Administration.
Mr. Dykeman currently serves on the board of the University of Kansas School of Business.
