David is one of Liberty's founders and was Western Region Vice President prior to serving in his current position as Director of Acquisitions. His past experience includes President of Taurus Acquisitions, Chief of Staff for NATO's Standing Naval Force Atlantic and Commanding Officer, USS Ingersoll, DD 990. He holds a Bachelors Degree from Kansas State University and a Masters Degree from the Command and General Staff College. He is a member of the National Propane Gas Association CETP Coordination Committee.

Bevan brings with him over ten years of diverse experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance and project management. Bevan earned his BS in Mathematics from the University of Kansas and received his MBA in Finance from the KU Graduate School of Business. Before joining Liberty, Bevan most recently worked for Harris Corporation as the Manager of Accounting and Finance. Prior to Harris, Bevan was with The BMC Group where he served as Manager of Finance and Business Development.

With a distinguished and successful career in the propane industry, Larry began working on a bottle filling dock and worked his way up to Area Manager then to Managing Director Eastern Region for a national retail propane marketer. With extensive experience in all phases of the industry, Larry has served in numerous operational and management positions as well as in the role of industry consultant. Larry joined Liberty's Acquisition and Business Development team in 2004.
